Parent Workshop- Montessori Language Curriculum
Join us for a parent workshop covering the Montessori language curriculum from the beginning to the end of our program (3 year olds through 12 year olds). You will see how your child is learning, see the philosophy behind it, and learn how to use some of the materials.
This workshop is open to the community but is for adults and babies in arms only.
Please share with any families who may be interested in our school. Workshops are a great way to get to know our school.
Daycare will be provided free of charge to currently enrolled students only.
Please RSVP to Ms. Beverley at beverley@daytonmontessori.org with the number of adults attending the workshop and the number of currently-enrolled students attending daycare.
Interest Fair
Please join us as our oldest students present their Interest Fair Projects. The students have been researching, writing, creating, and preparing for months about a topic of their choice. Come see their boards and projects and hear their speeches. All students, families, and alumni are encouraged to come see their fellow students’ work and to cheer them on.

Watch Me Work Day
Please note- the time for this event is still to be determined.
Please join your child in their classroom for Watch Me Work Day. Students will choose a few of their favorite/recent works to demonstrate to you. Teachers will be on hand to help and facilitate, but this is a time for you to get to know a bit about your child's expression of themselves as a student and enjoy their enthusiasm for learning (aka not a conference). Plan to spend 30 minutes maximum observing the works your child has planned to show you. You will receive an email regarding this closer to the date and larger classes may have a sign-up for time slots to avoid over-crowding in the classroom.

Join us for our Parent Teacher Alumni Meeting to plan social events and school and staff support events. Please email mary@daytonmontessori.org if your student will attend daycare at no charge while you attend the PTA meeting.
