Montessori for the Elementary-Aged Child

Learn what Montessori education is for the elementary-aged child.   We will discuss the shift in development children make when they enter the elementary years and how the Montessori classroom is designed to help them reach their full potential.  We will discuss "cosmic education," the cornerstone of the elementary curriculum, and what the elementary school day is like.
This workshop is open to the community but is for adults and babies in arms only. Childcare will be provided for currently enrolled students only.  Please RSVP by replying to this email or emailing beverley@daytonmontessori.org.  Please include the number of adults attending the workshop and the number of students attending childcare.

Please share with any families who may be interested in our school.  Workshops are a great way to get to know our school.
